1. Your Privacy Matters
CodesFirst respects your right to request the deletion of personal information associated with your use of Candoria, subject to applicable law.
This page explains how to submit a request, what information may be needed to process it, and what to consider if you use third-party services or store game progress on your device.
2. How to Request Data Deletion

4. What Information May Be Deleted?
Depending on the features you use and the systems enabled, your request may cover personal information associated with your account, account identifiers, account-linked gameplay progress, and other information controlled by CodesFirst.
Some information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect service security. Where applicable, we will explain any relevant limitations.
5. If You Use Facebook Login
If you use Facebook to sign in to Candoria, you may request deletion of the personal information controlled by CodesFirst and associated with your use of the game.
You can also manage or revoke permissions granted to applications through your Facebook account settings.
Revoking Facebook permissions does not, by itself, guarantee that all information held by CodesFirst or independent third-party providers will be deleted.
To request deletion of information controlled by CodesFirst, follow the procedure on this page.
Information retained directly by Meta is subject to Meta’s own policies and procedures.
6. Progress Stored on Your Device
If certain game information is stored only on your device, uninstalling Candoria or clearing its application data may remove that local information.
However, uninstalling the game does not guarantee deletion of information stored in remote services.
If the game offers cloud saving or account-linking features, review the available options and contact us if you need help identifying information associated with your account.
7. Information Managed by Third Parties
Some external platforms may manage information under their own policies and responsibilities.
If your request includes information controlled directly by an external platform, you may also need to exercise your rights with that provider.
Where appropriate, we will explain how to proceed.
